PRESS AND HOLD Pause/Break button on your keyboard this will hold the process and then delete the file you just clicked to avoid putting this into your bloddy ram and spoiling it.
Once you let it restart or shutdown the system goes bizzare and keeps showing files like this,I've encountered such viruses which left to my rams and graphic card to fail.Be cautious before you download any game crack or keygen.
