This are the steps to make ur upload speed limited....
1.)First right click on the torrent which is being downloaded on your computer or bitcomet .
2.)you will get a window.in tht u will be havin 4 options on the top.click on the 'Advanced'
tab.
3.)there u will get option of 'Enable task specific settings'
click on the tick box...and then u will have 2 options..there u just type '2' and then click ok...
ur upload speed will be blocked...and u will get good speed...!!!!!

Note : Dont be selfish and block all the uploads , because if everyone stop uploading then no one can download anything through bitcomet ..Try to avoid this method and this post is just for information ...cheers
